For this reason, we encourage you to review these terms of use whenever you use our website.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You are responsible for any usage on www.sophia.com.pk done via your account. Our main aim is to generate a positive, valuable and harmless environment for all users. Thus, we disallow certain kinds of conduct that may be harmful to our users or to us. When you use the website, you may not:

  • violate any regulation or law;
  • violate, infringe, or misappropriate other people's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;
  • post or share anything that is illegal, abusive, harassing, harmful to reputation, pornographic, indecent, profane, obscene, hateful, racist, or otherwise objectionable;
  • send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or commercial communications, such as spam;
  • involve in harvesting, or participate in the use of software, containing spyware, designed to collect data from the website;
  • transmit any viruses or other computer instructions or technological means whose purpose is to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the use of computers or related systems;

COLORS & PHOTOS

Regardless of our best efforts to accurately depict the colors and illustrations of the products, there may be insignificant discrepancy due to image reproduction, original photography or variation in the resolution setting of your computer & mobile screen brightness.

 

ORDERING & TRACKING

  1. International customers can make payment through bank transfer. The order that you place is kept on hold for 36 hours after you receive a confirmation email / call from us about the order and payment details. If you plan to make payment after 36 hours of receiving the confirmation, please confirm it with us if the products that you have ordered are still in stock.
  2. The Sophia Store takes no guarantee of the products availability that you had ordered, if you are making the payment after the given timeframe. Though our efforts will be to process your initial order, but if any of the ordered products is out of stock you will be offered to choose any other product/design/color (within the same price range). We will not be held responsible if there are delays in delivery due to out of stock products.
  3. If we get no confirmation from the customer, the order might be cancelled without any notification.
  4. The International order is processed only after the international customer makes the payment.
  5. The customers within Pakistan can place the order online with confirmation for payment before delivery.
