Returns, Exchange & Refunds

All our products are meticulously handcrafted by our artisans keeping quality of production in check at every level. Each piece is thoroughly inspected by our quality control department before dispatching. We hope you love your purchase but If you find the product faulty in terms of its quality or the work done, you have 7 days to reach back to us with a formal query.The company's quality department will investigate the problem when you generate a query and get back to you immediately. If there is a significant flaw, after inspecting the product, we may offer you an exchange or store credit for further purchases.

Exchange Policy- Pakistan.

  • We only exchange products and do not refund in case the customer doesn’t like the product(s).
  • Items on sale are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
  • Customized orders are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
  • A product can be exchanged only ONCE through the course of an order.
  • For Exchange, customers need to born Pickup & Re-shipping charges in Pakistan.

Exchange Policy- INTERNATIONAL

  • Refunds are applicable ONLY in case of lost shipments.
  • International orders are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
  • Exchange is accepted ONLY if the order is damaged in transit or the customer has received a wrong product.
  • For any exchange, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  • We don’t take any responsibility if the items gets damaged in shipping.

Exchange Policy Exception

An exchange will only occur in the unlikely situation that we have sent you a defective or incorrect item, and only in the event the purchased goods is unused and undamaged by the customer. All custom orders are non-exchangeable. We can only exchange the purchased items subject to product and size availability. Any exchange/returns should be brought to our notice with one-week of the receipt. Any claims made afterwards would not be honored.

REFUND POLICY:

All sales are considered final. There are no monetary returns, but can be exchanged for products of equal or higher Value.
